Renovating the Guild House

The Guild House stands vacant behind the Cathedral with over 10,000 square feet of space on three floors. Built at the turn of the century, the Guild House is still structurally sound. The interior requires extensive renovation. Restoration of this valuable space centrally located in downtown Albany would make possible a number of new diocesan and community ministries. Music and the arts, education, and programs for children are focuses of interest shared by the Cathedral and its diocesan and community partners. Thus renovation of the Guild House embodies an extraordinarily rich confluence of need and opportunity.
